9/24/08: Miguel Tejada Ties Brad Ausmus For The NL GIDP Record

Gotta give discredit where discredit’s due.

Thirty GIDP is a career record for Miggy, too.
Yeh, I know he has a .284 BA, but he’s second to last on the team with RCAA at (-)24, just in front of Michael Bourn with (-)26.

    in a little defense of tejada he had his 32 gidps in 630 abs a .051 percent ratio while ausmus had his 30 gidp in only 447 abs for a .067 percent ratio. so sometimes you need to look at the whole picture
